About Joel

Howdy, I am a native of Illinois from the Saint Louis area but have made my home in the Bloomington/Normal area for the past 25+ years. I am a single father of 7 children, 4 boys and 3 girls. Because I have a large family, I am aware of the needs large families can have. I have 2 boys that are on the autism spectrum and understand the joys and struggles that come with this. I have volunteered in the special needs community by coaching kids in baseball and football. I am very active in my church (Eastview Community Church), especially in the junior high and high school areas as well as community outreach programs like The Serve Project and IMAGINE/REIMAGINE. I have previously served in customer service and technology related industries for 20 years. I love being able to help people whenever I can and would love to help you buy your next home or sell the one you currently have.... or BOTH!
